Our Menu Offering

All of our recipes have undergone rigorous nutritional testing and are prepared with our customers in mind- low in fat and wholesome in taste.

Our menu items include:
  • Sandwiches - delicious and healthy wraps, Panini, gourmet Ciabatta sandwiches and our signature Cultures Healthy Club
  • Salads -12-15 varieties of freshly-made salads
  • Cultures Bowls - a variety of toppings served on top of warm brown rice
  • Soups & Hot Entrees - warm hearty meals, including our very popular quiches
  • Smoothies - healthy frozen yogurt treats blended with fresh fruits
  • Baked goods - homemade muffins, scones, croissants and other morning pastries

Site selection
The size of a typical Cultures food court location is approximately 400-500 square feet while a street front location is around 1,200-1,600 square feet.

Training
To ensure the Cultures brand is up to our high system standards and consistent throughout every single location, all franchisees are trained to operate their stores as per the Cultures Operations Guidelines and Recipes.
Every Cultures franchisee must go through a 2-week training period with our operations team prior to the store opening. During this period, our operations team will go through all the recipes and provide theoretical and hands-on training. This training along with pre-opening onsite training and post opening onsite training by our experienced operations team will prepare the new Cultures franchisee to open and operate their new store. Our operations team is on site for all pre-opening and opening activities. Post-opening support is provided on an ongoing basis.

Marketing support
The Cultures marketing team will utilize your marketing fund dollars towards national marketing activities, such as maximizing the brand exposure across all markets. This will also contribute towards the research and development of new products, market research and the development of tools and resources to be utilized by the stores to promote their businesses locally and to build their clientele.
